HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR CUSTOM BADGES?
1. Understand the use of custom badges
Understanding the purpose and application of the badge is the first step to start making your custom made medallions. Is the custom badge a unit employee badge, a factory badge, a tourist souvenir, or a fashion accessory? Before customizing the badge, you must first have a clear positioning of your badge product. 2. Understand the production process of custom badges
Remember, what we need is the custom badge that best suits us. If you want a concave-convex effect, you can use baking varnish, stamping (using copper, iron, the surface of the badge can be gold-plated, nickel-plated, etc.); if you want custom made button badges with a smooth surface, you can choose screen printing, Cloisonne (enamel), imitation cloisonne (imitation enamel), bite version, rotted version, etc. If you need a badge with a gradual color pattern, you must use lithography (drip badge), which usually adds a layer of transparent protective resin (also known as Polly) on the surface, which will make the surface of the custom badges slightly convex.
