Space grade connectors are almost everywhere in military and aerospace applications. As the interconnection of transmission signal and power, it must meet the requirements of strict outgassing and residual magnetism test to be suitable for aerospace applications.

③According to the working frequency: low frequency and high frequency (with 3MHz as the boundary);

The technical parameters of aviation plug are generally divided into three categories:
①Electrical performance: rated voltage, rated current, contact resistance, withstand voltage and insulation resistance, shielding, RF anti-interference attenuation value;
②Mechanical properties: number of contact pairs and pinhole, installation mode and shape, shell material, insulator, contact, mechanical life, etc.
③Environmental technical performance: working temperature, working height, vibration, impact, constant acceleration, leakproofness, salt fog, moisture and mould resistance, etc.
