Salt Spray Test
The salt spray test is divided into neutral salt spray test (artificial sea water salt spray test and sodium chloride solution salt spray test), acid salt spray test (acetic acid salt spray test and copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test) and alternating salt corrosion test.

NSS test (neutral salt spray) is suitable for the following surface treatments: electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, dacromet, various craft paints;

AASS (acetic acid salt spray) is suitable for zinc plating and other final passivation film products, various process paints, and the corrosion rate is about 3 times that of NSS;

CASS (copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray) corrosion rate is about 8 times that of NSS; suitable for: surface treatment verification of electroplated copper, nickel, and chromium, and various process paints.

Alternating salt spray: neutral salt spray with constant damp heat, used for the whole product with cavity, through the penetration of humidity environment, the salt spray is not only generated on the surface, but also inside.

Saturation tank temperature: 47℃~63℃
