滋賀県「しが文化芸術学習支援センター」設立

滋賀県では、平成12年より、文化ボランティアによるNPOがきっかけとなり、美術館・芸術家と学校教育とを繋いで、本物の文化芸術に触れる文化芸術体験授業を、学校のカリキュラムに取り入れる活動が始まりました。この「連携授業」は、「学校の教師」と「美術館・博物館・文化ホールの専門家、芸術家」と「文化ボランティア」という3者が繋がり、学校のカリキュラムの中で、複数の学校で継続実施され、年間約100回の授業支援をしています。平成17年には文化庁長官（当時）河合隼雄氏が視察に来られたことで、活動が全国へ発信されました。その後、この連携事業は「行政との協働」へと発展し、平成20年より、民と官による「しが文化芸術学習支援センター運営委員会」が組織され、「しが文化芸術学習支援センター」が開設されました。
