ユネスコ総会「学校における芸術教育と創造力の振興に関るアピール」を採択

ユネスコは1999年の総会で、事務総長による学校における芸術教育と創造力の振興に関るアピールを採択。その後、世界6地域で地域国際会議が開催され、2006年6月ポルトガル・リスボンの世界大会において、国際演劇教育協会、国際音楽教育協会、芸術による教育国際協会と共同で「世界芸術教育協会」の創設が宣言された。2007年7月末に香港で第1回World Creativity Summitを開催し、今後の具体的な計画が検討されることとなっている。
