重点戦略3：子どもや若者を対象とした文化芸術振興策の充実
全ての子どもや若者が，学校や地域において本物の文化芸術に触れ，豊かな感性や創造性，コミュニケーション能力を育む機会を充実することにより，次代の文化芸術の担い手や鑑賞者を育むとともに，心豊かな子どもや若者の育成に資する。

【重点的に取り組むべき施策】
◆ できるだけ幼い子どもから若者までを対象とし，子どもの発達の段階に応じて，多彩な優れた芸術の鑑賞機会，伝統文化や文化財に親しむ機会を充実する。
◆ 文化芸術に関する体験型ワークショップを通じたコミュニケーション教育をはじめ，学校における芸術教育を充実する。
