· There shall be no loss of serviceability after the completion of the required amount of cycle

2.

Wobbling test (for sample needs assembly before using)

3 samples, at least 1sample per style

· No defect allowed.

· No leg should be raised more than 5mm above the ground.

Test for US and NON-EU shipment

Drop test dynamic

(Function Load and proof load)

For function load

· No defect allowed

· No structural breakage or loss of serviceability

For proof load

· No sudden and major change in the structural integrity. (Less of serviceability is acceptable)

For the functional load and proof load

· If the functional load is failed, no need to continue proof load

· Either functional load or proof load is failed, then this test item is failed

Test for EU shipment

Seat front edge static load test

1 sample, at least 1 sample per style

· No defect allowed

· The sample should not exhibit any permanent deformation larger than 1/4in., loss of functionality or structural failure.

5.

Seat impact test

1 sample, at least 1 sample per style

· No defect allowed

· The sample should not exhibit any structural breakage resulting in hazardous condition for consumers after application of a dynamic load or, should not exhibit significant deformation that renders the chair unusable.
