脳死巡る臓器移植、「家族同意だけで」 患者団体連絡会

008782004年03月05日朝刊3社会03700148文字臓器移植患者団体連絡会は4日、臓器移植法の改正を求める計約50万人の請願署名を、与野党の142人の国会議員に分割して手渡し、衆参議長への提出を依頼した。脳死前に本人が拒否していない限り、家族の同意だけで提供できるように改め、また、現在は対象外とされている15歳未満も例外としないよう求めている。
