Our clawer shoes are manufactured by low alloy high strength steel, they are all heat treatment to the above requirement mechanical property to suit any working conditions.
Sprocket/ Tumbler
Our sprocket is made from low alloy high strength steel, combined with quenched and tempered heat treatment plus induction hardened to get the required requirement. With this special material the main structure of the part has a good strength while at the same time the working area also has incredibly good wear resistance performance.
Idler
Our Idler is made from low alloy high strength steel, combined with quenched and tempered heat treatment plus induction hardened to get the required requirement. With this special material the main structure of the part has a good strength while at the same time the working area also has incredibly good wear resistance performance.
Roller
Boron steel is used to make the roller, induction hardened and stress relieved to increase robustness. The roller shaft is induction hardened, the surface finishing quality is strictly according the drawing, to resist at heavy radial and axial loads and in the meantime guarantee an adequate internal oil lubrication.
