子ども脳死臨調の設置法案を提出 参院野党議員

004232009年06月23日夕刊2総合01500299「脳死は人の死」を前提にした臓器移植法改正のA案が衆院で可決されたことを受け、参院の野党有志議員は23日、有識者でつくる「子ども脳死臨調」の設置を求める独自案を参院に提出した。今週中に参院本会議でA案と共に審議が始まる予定。
提出したのは、千葉景子、森ゆうこ（民主）、近藤正道（社民）、小池晃（共産）、亀井亜紀子（国民新）、田中康夫（新党日本）、川田龍平（無所属）ら9議員。賛成者には野党4党の党首を含む43人が名を連ねた。衆院と同様に、多くの政党は党議拘束をかけない予定だが、共産党は党として独自案に賛成する。独自案は現行法を基に、子どもの臓器提供のあり方を検討する脳死臨調の設置を盛り込んだ。
