「親族へ脳死腎移植」批判 臓器移植あっせん業許可取り消し求める

010552001年07月05日朝刊3社会03700275 東京都中央区の聖路加国際病院で1日に脳死判定を受けた60代男性の腎臓が生前の意思により親族2人に移植されたとされる問題で、複数の市民団体が4日、厚生労働省に対して「臓器移植法の立法趣旨を逸脱した行為だ」と批判し、日本臓器移植ネットワーク（東京都港区）の臓器あっせん業の許可を取り消すよう申し入れた。
団体は「『脳死』・臓器移植を考える委員会」（代表世話人・阿部知子代議士）や「『脳死』臓器移植に反対する関西市民の会」（岡本隆吉代表）など。
厚労省の大沢範恭・臓器移植対策室長は団体との面談で「家族の了解がとれないと話せない」と事例の説明は拒否した。
